Pichanaki Silvania is a specialty coffee grown at an altitude of 1,450m in the Junín region of Peru. Made from Marsellesa and Catuai varieties, this washed-process bean reveals an aromatic profile of rare elegance: sweet and floral notes, bright citrus, and a hint of honey that lingers on the palate.

Roasted on 06/11/2026 in our Saint-Mandé workshop, it is available until December 2026 for maximum freshness.
